Full Description

Day 1: Beit Chabeb, Khinchara, Marj Baskinta

Our initial destination brings us to Beit Chabeb, a quaint village renowned for its traditional craftsmanship. Visit the bell makers and pottery workshop, where skilled artisans uphold age-old traditions. Continuing our adventure, we proceed to Khinchara, home to the St. Jean Monastery, a sanctuary of tranquility and spiritual importance. Delight in a wine tasting session, savoring locally produced wines, followed by a delectable lunch that complements the tasting perfectly.

Next, we embark on a scenic hike in Baskinta and Salib Beqich, immersing ourselves in nature’s beauty.

As dusk descends, we enjoy a memorable dinner in Mar Sassine Monastery, relishing a feast prepared with care and infused with local flavors. Delight in traditional Lebanese cuisine amidst the tranquil ambiance of this sacred space.

Day 2: Chakhroub, Mtein, Ardoum winery

The following morning, after a hearty breakfast, we will journey to the tomb of Mikhael Neami in Chakhroub, a site steeped in historical significance. Our excursion continues to Mtein, where we embark on an enthralling hike and guided tour of the village. Immerse yourself in its rich history and architectural splendor as we wander through narrow streets, visit historic landmarks, and delve into local traditions and lifestyles.

Indulge in a traditional lunch and wine tasting at Ardoum winery, sampling a variety of exceptional wines. Explore the distinct flavors and characteristics of the region’s wines while relishing culinary delights that complement the tasting experience.
